Chatham Views will form the newest developmet in Gibraltar's western residential hub, residents of Chatham Views will be mere walking distance to all major entertainment, lesiure areas including Main Street. Built upond the former Westside Comprehensive School ground and adjacent to both the existing Montagu Gardens estate and a new, yet to be constructed Bishop Fitzgerald Middle School, Chatham Views has been designed to fit comfortably within these two neighbouring sites with the overall building height capped to that of Montagu Gardens.
