Our architectural design project was an entry into a design competition to create the new Bayside and Westside Comprehensive Schools in Gibraltar. The aim was to design a single complex that could function as two separate schools, while still providing a sense of unity and connection. The schools were envisioned as a single complex, with shared facilities including the central sports halls that could be combined to create a large auditorium. The design also incorporated outdoor spaces for learning and recreation, with greenery and landscaping incorporated throughout the site. Our team worked to ensure that the design met the specific needs and requirements of the schools, while also creating a modern and functional environment that would inspire and support learning.
