King's Close

The site had been tendered twice by the Government of Gibraltar, and we recognized its potential to provide a low-density residential area. Our proposal aimed to create approximately 12 units comprising apartments and duplexes that would cater to families, while retaining part of the existing building and granting it a new lease of life with a change of use.

The site's natural vegetation provided an attractive setting for a sustainable approach to development and use, which aligned with our commitment to environmentally-conscious design. Our vision was to create high-quality, sustainable homes that were designed for families, with interior and exterior spaces enhanced by their natural surroundings and landscaped amenity areas. We believed that our proposed development would provide an ideal solution for the site while respecting its natural environment and surroundings.
